Found a matching spot on several of my shirts when I picked them up. When I took them back to get them cleaned the owner lady stated they came in that way and refuse to fix the problem. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.
Ripped up the front two custom made shirts and claimed they came in that way. If so, why would they have washed and ironed them?
Have been going here for years. They lost 2 pairs of pants and a shirt I prepaid to have laundered. No reimbursement for the clothing or the money I prepaid. They didnt offer even a credit on my account. The final straw was when they double charged me . The Asian lady would not listen to me and kept talking over me when I tried to show her my credit card account. Used to spend over a 100.00 a month there. I wont be back.
Been around a long time. Very friendly gentleman. Pride in his work. Been coming here since my move to Texas
The staff here is so rude. Not even a little discreet while huffing and eye rolling at my request for my clothes to be placed in my trunk. The owner is always very nice- but hires people who do a horrible job and poorly reflect her.
