This place is just my favorite - the customer service is exceptional each time I’ve gone in. They are so nice and it makes my morning interacting with them. Not to mention, heavy on the starch really = heavy on the starch and my guy loves the job they do on his clothes.
Alterations experience was horrible. Paid money, got home tried on pants that were altered 2 inches too long. Took pants up early in morning to not be able to talk to alterations dragon that was sat cross legged on chair with head phones in ear and REFUSED TO TALK TO ME. They do not stand behind the alterations work, but they keep your money. Get 1 star so that I could post the comment. Need alterations see CHAPPY on lake street.

My husband took his uniform (he is a police officer) to be dry cleaned and starched. When I went to pick it up they told me it wasn’t ready because it had starch residue. I told them that was fine because he had another uniform to wear. I went back a few days later and was told that it was ready. My husband put on his uniform this morning and there are HUGE white residue spots throughout the uniform! It appears as if it was never re-dry cleaned. I do not recommend this dry cleaner to anyone. This is not our first bad experience with this dry cleaner but the other issues were minor compared to this. My husband’s uniform looks horrible and will have to be re-dry cleaned by a quality dry cleaner immediately. Completely dissatisfied (former) customer!!!
