Super nice friendly helpful kind and made me want to come back. I shop here and T.S. at Navasota and both great. But something about nice sweet young woman who welcomed me to the store upon entering then welcomed me and checked out my basket. Then so friendly telling me to have a nice day. Returned a few days later shopping and she did the same. Sweet and friendly all the time. Makes me want to come back.
Though having a Tracker supply close by to be able to fill my propane tanks would be a real time saver and convenient to be able do after work, on the contrary, second time in go to the store and they have nobody qualified to fill tanks. Terribly inconvenient. Should have learned my lesion the first time. This is not a one time thing. I will take my business else where.
After freezing with no freezing in a trailer with no heat do to not being able to sleep in my own house do to busted pipe after the freezing weather after no lights the employees would not let us get any propane after the truck filled their tanks. We saw them fill them up and leave we waited for 20 minutes before we left customer service gets a zero
Cookie cutter Tractor Supply; they had what I needed when I arrived. Sometimes I find that you can't purchase hay at all of the locations; they had it! They've also got a great dog wash / grooming area. My only complaint to this was that no one had cleaned the dry towels, so it forced me to make quite a mess for whatever poor employee had to come in their after me.
Manager is terrible. Used to shopping the one in Magnolia and enjoy that location. Won't go back to this one, even the employees don't like him and their vocal about it...tells ya something
