If I could leave a Zero for this place I would! The most horrible customer service at a dry cleaners I have ever had.. not to mention the filth and smell upon entering the front. It was my first time and last. I dropped off a blazer with two ketchup stains on a Saturday and was told it would be ready by the following Monday. I even was given a ticket that said Monday by 5 pm. Got there at 5:15 pm after work (drove out of my way)... was told they did not start on it yet and it would be ready for sure by Tuesday morning. Went to pickup again Tuesday at 11 am and they still have not done anything. Needed this for my sons ROTC uniform check at school and they did not keep their word on completion time, twice. I ended up taking it with me and dropped it off somewhere for same day service. You get what you pay for and this is not the place!!! When you walk in, they do not greet you or smile. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CLOTHES HERE!!!

I was really excited to have this cleaner right by our new home, but unfortunately had a terrible experience.nnThe first day I went in, the clothes were ready on time—the next day. When I went to pay, I asked if they had any discounts (most cleaners offer them on multiple garments...) the girl was extremely rude, rolled eyes and told me I needed to get the coupon from an HEB receipt. Nice warm welcome to the neighborhood.nnI took the clothes home, only to realize they were still filthy!! I mean, tons of grime on collars and sleeves. I took them back up to the store and was told they’d be ready the next day.4 days later, I returned, and was told they weren’t ready yet. I came back the next day. STILL not ready. At this point I asked for them to be delivered. This was on a Thursday. They said the date for delivery would be Monday.nnMonday came and went. No delivery. I call the store, and was told they’d be delivered on FRIDAY. At this point, they’ve had my shirts for a do-over job for 9 days. I asked to talk to management, who said the shirts would be delivered the next day.nnLong story short, they didn’t arrive at our house until Friday. A full 2 weeks after I dropped them off for the do over.nnThe shirts are completely ruined. Wrinkles have been pressed into them all over the place. After all of that, they still aren’t clean, and are literally ruined by the press job. I can’t believe what a bad experience this has been. Wish I could post photos.

My rating reflects the lack of customer service. I took in my coat on a Tuesday , they said it would be ready Thursday. I went to pick up on Friday—not ready said boiler went out—suggestion: communicate with your customer. So I went back on Monday, my coat had some spots on it that weren’t on my coat when I took in—soo I thought I’d give them another chance—so I thought I’d try again on Friday — went back to pick up my coat—paid for it hadn’t looked at coat yet—before I left I thought I better take a look—stains STILL on my coat. Sooo lady said she would talk to her manager but he wouldn’t be there till Monday. Ok so I left my coat because I wanted to make sure manager saw that it wasn’t fixed. I went back on Monday—the lady (different one this time) said she hadn’t had time to work on it—sooo I told her I would be back tomorrow (Tuesday) to pick up my coat—I picked up on Tuesday—not the greatest job but I was done at this point. All this and I NEVER received an apology from anyone. Wow! Oh and not even a “let us refund you for all the trouble”. Nada. All I wanted was someone to say, we are sorry. Customer service what happened? There was none.

$65 for king size comforter to be dry cleaned!!!nAnd that was with a 25% off coupon..nI suggest you ask for estimate price before you leave items.nI won’t be back!!!
