NEXT SERVICE OF BOERNE

I needed work on my washer which is only about 3 years old. It runs through the wash cycle but will not drain and spin, there are no clogs and the drain pump was tested and worked fine. First I want to say that the woman who I talked to on the phone and the technician that came out to our home were both polite and courteous. I did call and set up and appointment last week. Then we where called later that same day and asked if we could push back our appointment window to a later time, which we could not, so it was rescheduled a day later. After the technician came he stated that the lid lock was faulty. I had just replaced this with a brand new one that costed $43.95 (which I did tell the woman on the phone and the technician) because I believed that was the issue as well prior to him coming and it did not fix the issue. So I trusted what he said, used the appliance part store in San Antonio that he recommended. I got an entirely different part, because they did not have the original in stock, which was not difficult to switch over but it did cost twice the price. Alas my washer is still doing the same thing. So after spending $81.19 on service I essentially didn't need and $85.07 on part that did not fix the problem, I've spent over $160 on a washer that still does not work and at this point I could have put towards just buying a new washer. Again the employees I spoke with and met where polite and courteous. Timeliness was not bad, however I still have no working washer.

Lived in Boerne for so so many years but didn’t know where to look for an appliance repair service, and like most of the people, I’m skeptical of anywhere of this type. I was beyond pleasantly surprised with Next Time Service. Their price was extremely fair, and the service was pretty darn good. I would go as far as to say rare, even. I can only imagine the lucrative business this type is, and the crooks that lay within it. I think that’s why I enjoyed the service they provided, because of the oddity they ended up being. Truthful, respectful, accurate and considerate. If you have any type of appliance down or if you need air conditioning/heater work done, I highly suggest checking these guys out.

Very poor service. I’m reporting this company to BBB. The lead technician came to my house twice. Wore no mask. Doesn’t diagnose the issue. Talks back, extremely rude, horrible customer service. The office does not let me speak to his supervisor or the owner. It’s ridiculous! The lead technician had been to my house twice and the same issue on my washer occurred yet they don’t take accountability and fix it! Very poor service !

Great company. I've already referred Next Service to a friend and we will definitely use them again when needed. Technician was very professional and proficient. He fixed two refrigerators for us.

Very poor service. Aerial is the technician and his behavior and disrespect is unbelievable unprofessional. He shows up with no Mask. Doesn’t repair or perform any diagnostic work. Just says it needs to be leveled. Very poor service. I will report this to his supervisor and bbb. This is the second time it happened.
