Attempted to have costumes cleaned, after a month of having them they are still not cleaned with no phone call of the delay or expected time to be to finished. With upcoming event, we were forced to drive an hour to get items still dirty and uncleaned. Spoke with manager who refused to help by delivering items back to the woodville location in which they were dropped off at, said they do not notify customers of any delay of cleaning. Over all I believe the business lacks any type of customer service and will no longer be doing any business with them.
Please be careful when going here. My wife took a horrible fall in the cleaners there this morning. They have a fan sitting right inside the door you can not see. She tripped over the fan. Went back an hour later to pick up receipt and fan was put right back in the same place. I told them very dangerous. Did not move it.
