Just want to give a shout out to the McAllen Police department. We were hit by another car and they responded quickly. I don't even think we waited two minute. Officer Ramos was awesome and the paramedics acted quickly as well. So thank ful for all of you and there was an officer that stopped to see if officer Ramos needed anything. You guys are awesome. Thank you!
Worst police department in the valley! Their rudeness has no comparison! Always on a bad mood and never do their work right.
They're not the best, after what I've seen, witnessed, and experienced, I realize they don't do their job and lie to you about giving you a call back for anything, and they lie or exaggerate whenever they write citations or note down supposedly important info. You'd think know better and actually do their job, but no! They lack respect and honesty, they take advantage of their authority, it's ridiculous...
Most unprofessional staff I’ve ever come across, non helpful and a very condescending attitudes. If you like dealing with amateurs this is the place to be!!
Police woman in an I love paws face-mask said that citizens must waive their constitutional rights in order to ask basic questions of McAllen police about what services they provide the public, hours of operation, etc.... Of course that is both false and unethical, thus the one star review.
