Our sales representative here at Tropical is Rueben Wisdom. He is always on time and very helpful, and has provided us with nothing but excellent service. We appreciate everything Mr. Wisdom does for us.
Lousy service keep loosing our clothes and blame us for it, the cloth smell bad and come back dirty and with holes, they lie to you every time your confront them they always have an excuse. Around it. Have sent certified letters to them problem still continues, spoken to the branch manager/supervisor promise to fix the problem hasn’t happened yet...........look for a different uniform co........
Uniforms never came back clean. Called repeatedly about this issue, never solved. We just wanted the contract to end! Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this service.
