Dry cleaning I do drop off comes back in good condition. Employees are attentive enough. I've had a couple of issues here and there with clothes not being ready by the ticket time.

Very horrible customer service and attitude. The lady even cursed at me when we were having an issue with something not being ready on time. Even though it’s the closest and most convenient location for me I stopped going. I couldn’t believe it when she cursed at me and as if they don’t need any business and asked me why don’t I go elsewhere. They don’t explain when items will be ready properly or even call to say it will be delayed. Additionally they have express service where you drop off a bag and don’t need to wait in line and that same lady got upset with me for leaving it like that and not waiting when all my contact info is on the bag to call if any questions. Don’t go here.
