Horrible experience! The Sales person is helping someone it's understandable but they call the manager Brittany to provide help she clearly does not wanna help has a rude attitude plus with her hands crossed meaning what do you want. She clearly needs to be trained how to deal with customers has no knowledge at all. Is she a Manager? At that point I decided to walk out she did not want to help me at all. I would of rather wait 1 hour or more for the other sales person then having her help me.
I must say hands down!! I experienced the most amazing customer service while purchasing my new washer. Heather helped me in so many ways , from getting what’s best for my needs and finding the best financing plan to fit my budget. I totally recommend this place. So if you ever decide to check it out ask for Heather she’s amazing super helpful and very sweet.
