Shawn Lindsey came to give us a quote as a representative of Ease Carpet Cleaning. He was knowledgeable on the products used and extremely thorough in his explanation of them. Shawn took the time and covered all the basis on the strength of their chemicals. Which was extremely important to us as we have a special needs child in our home. Professional and punctual.
While other companies that I called didn’t necessarily act like they wanted to answer questions, the lady at Ease gladly did! That really sold me on the cleaning right there before anything. They came out and got the job done, and did it fantastically. They even use a cleaner that’s safe for my fur baby!
Aj is amazing and very knowledgeable about this service. He was on time, very friendly, and overall made this a great experience. My carpets and couch all can out looking better than I had hoped they would! I’ll definitely be using Ease Carpet Cleaners again.
