Alpine Dry Cleaners

I had a fire at the end of January. FRSTeam (which is the restoration part of Alpine) were the ones called by my insurance company to try and get the smoke out of all of our clothes and see if they could get electronics working again. They cleaned them all once, brought them back, and they still smelled like smoke. I called them and they said they would try again. I get them back a second time and they still smell like smoke and ozone now. I call them back and two members of their team (which were very nice) came to smell the clothes themselves. As soon as I opened my garage, they could smell it as well. They took about 10 items back to try again. After they delivered them, I put them in the closet for the weekend. On Monday, I opened the closet and they still smelled like smoke and ozone. The insurance company already paid them thousands of dollars to restore our belongings, but they were not able to. I was told that they would only give me $522 back for all of my belongings. That amount should have been about $5-6K and they refuse to pay. I have a garage full of clothes, blankets, pillows that still smell like smoke and no money to replace any of it. I would not recommend this company to anyone. It has been 4 1/2 months since my fire and I am still fighting this. I am ready to put it behind me, but am unable to because of this company. Please share this with all of your friends.

Love it. Alterations lady is the best. But it's been way longer since I been. Please get yur dates correct.
