AMAZING customer service. Alpine Cleaners in Longview went above and beyond this weekend to accommodate us for our wedding (had a suit dry cleaned). We had some extenuating circumstances that they were happy to help with. I could not speak higher of them! A truly great, small town cleaner that cares about you and your dry cleaning needs. Don't think twice about using them - DO IT! Thank you Alpine Cleaners, you guys are so so awesome!

I have a feather bed topper, and they cleaned it beautifully last year without issue. As far as I knew. I asked if I could bring it back and they said yes. Fast forward to this year, I brought it in and they accepted it for cleaning, and the day after they promised it back to me, they called me and said that they couldn't/wouldn't clean it (I had called the day before and said it was in the final stage and would be ready later that day or then next). They then declared that it messed up their machine last year (but never told me and invited me to bring it back), and that they had to wait until the day they promised it to me to say that the owner had to inspect it before determining they couldn't clean it (said it had holes that the counterperson never saw) . Strange that they didn't call me to tell me it would be delayed when they had a week to do so. I can't say all this isn't true, it's just flimsy and poor customer service. It seems like they just didn't want to clean it for some reason. My friends and family will likely be taking our business elsewhere in the future.
