Been a customer for years until today. The ladies that work here are super sweet. However the owner does not own mistakes and treated me horribly. No one deserves to be treated the way he treated me today. He just lost a very loyal customer.
I've done business with most dry cleaners in Longview. I have never had to prepay for my cleaning. Today was my first time at this cleaners as I wanted to try it out. The young lady who waited on me was rude when I told her I never had to prepay anywhere else. I understand store policy but I won't tolerate rudeness. This was my 1st and last visit.
