Twice now I've gone to the online website for the Longview store. It shows they have stuff I can pick up today in stock, but when I get there, the guy always says he doesn't know why they show it in stock. Even acts like he doesn't care thst its not there, like he's put out that I asked about it. This is not good. How can I rely on this company if even they don't know whats going on in their stores? I've driven quite a distance each time only to be frustrated. I'm done. Going somewhere more reliable from now on.

Drove 25 minutes to get our 3 propane tanks filled. Lady tells me they “aren’t doing propane right now”. Sorry TSC you lost my business forever. If you were in a small town you could get away with these shenanigans but you are in a market with many competitors willing to put you out of business.
Decent stock of stuff. Gilmer store usually has more. Staff is usually pretty friendly and helpful.nnDO NOT USE CURBSIDE PICKUP. ONLINE ORDERS ARE NOT ACCURATE AND THEY HAVE NO MECHANISM TO ADDRESS ISSUES.
Easy to get to and great selection. I think T/S has better deals than Lowe's on tools and equipment with the same brands.
