Nick out of Boston north was very professional, knowledgeable, and answered my questions clearly. Gave me insight on future treatment of my system and was outstanding with communication and showed up in a timely manner. I had called another company who said they may get me a technician in 2-4 hours. I ultimately called roto router to resolve my issue. He took care of my backed up main line with ease, and also explained that there will be a follow technician coming to use a video to confirm i have no further issues, that includes a 6 month warranty of service. I would hands down 10/10 recommend this company and if I have any issues in the future I will be calling them first.
Matt (2388) was wonderful. He spent the time to get through a very tough clog. He helped me understand what he did and what I can do going forward. Thank you.
Our service guy Nick was great. He was informative, efficient and was very good about COVID-19 safety precautions. We would definitely use them again and refer others.
Ethan came in and figured out the problem right away. He was terrific at explaining our options and finding an affordable solution. He also loved our dog, so he'll be our first call next time anything happens!
The plumber who did the work for us - Frank Cormo - was exceptional. Very competent, excellent work. We highly recommend. We had a sink back up and needed to redo the drain, pipes and set up. All done efficiently and competently. He was also very pleasant to work with.
