We just installed a heating system in our elderly farm house which had relied solely on wood heat for its first 100 years. Dave and Peter were great, well organized and delivered a high level of craftsmanship and expertise. As an added bonus, the job was finished a day ahead of time. The sales team was knowledgeable about the deep rebates from Mass Save and ensured the project took full advantage of the cost savings. I just had my oil burner cleaned and serviced by Jeremy Cartwright. He was very punctual and professional. He did a very thorough cleaning and evaluation of my heating system. Would be pleased to have him here for servicing again.
We have had a hot water heater and mini-splits installed earlier this summer and are very happy. Most recently we had service on our gas furnace and I was very pleased with Rick Bukowski. He was neat, quiet, and thorough. He changed out a worn part and made sure I knew why he did it. When he finished I barely knew he had been there everything was cleaned up and closed up. I am very pleased. Thank you so much.
Rick Bukowski came to do a general inspection of our Gas heating system. We just moved into this house and we are unfamiliar with they system, he showed us what to do and what NOT to do, explaining every step of the way. During his inspection he found that one of the sensors is on it's way out and ordered a replacement. I feel Rick went above and beyond what he was sent here to do and I really appreciated his tutorial on our system.
Jeremy Cortright serviced our furnace last week. He was very professional and thoroughly did his job. He was courteous and knowledgeable. Sandri is lucky to have employees like him.
