Very nice folks. Everything went very smooth. No hassle. They gave me a courtesy text letting me know they were about 30 min behind. And got here right on time. I really appreciated that.nMy appointment was for my couch and recliner, they did an awesome job. I scheduled to have my carpets cleaned the following week.nI would definitely recommend their service.
We had Rainbow come out and provide a complete disinfection of our entire studio, as a safeguard during these difficult times due to COVID-19. Patrick & Michelle were absolutely amazing! They were so courteous and detailed in their preparation to perform the service...to make sure that they would not be disruptive to our business. The technicians were pleasant and professional. I scheduled them to clean carpeting for me, but after they arrived they agreed to also clean two rugs. They provided me an estimate before they started, and stuck to it. They worked diligently, and the carpet and rugs looked and smelled great when they finished. By the next morning, everything was thoroughly dry. I highly recommend this company.
These guys did a fantastic job! I own a hair salon and we need to keep it sanitized for our clients. The whole salon was sanitized. They kept me informed of what exactly they were doing and went the extra mile with us. I would 100% recommend this company.
