I absolutely love how helpful the staff is here! They always offer to carry heavy things to my vehicle for me, generally open the door before I can, and as soon as I walk in ask if I need any help at all. Everyone here is super friendly and knowledgeable. This is a much needed store in Van Alstyne and everyone should definitely go to them for things that they need. I love that I no longer have to go to Sherman or McKinney to buy dog food from tractor supply. Thank y’all for opening this shop! Also special shout-out for the beautiful lights adorned on this building.
I absolutely love this place. Working for the city they always have what we need and even when I’m doing at home projects, if they don’t have it, they’ll get it. I love being greeted by their smiling faces and the dog is a huge plus.
I had a great experience in this store yesterday. I was looking for kerosene before the cold snap. They were out of stock (like everybody else). However, unlike everybody else they were willing to make a run to the warehouse and restock that same night. They took my name and number and called me later that night, stayed open late so that me and others could get what we needed before the bad weather hit. Really appreciate that kind of customer service.
Great small town hardware store aways seems to have everything I am looking. An amazing selection of fasteners and garden supplies.
