These guys were awesome! Incredibly professional and responsive! Each person I interacted with gave me their personal cell phone numbers in case I had any questions after they picked up my dress! Can I tell you how convenient it was to have them pick up and deliver!? They were extremely knowledgeable in wedding dress materials and what areas to pay extra attention to. I had some dark stains from asphalt at the bottom of my dress and it looks brand new! It also came back to me in a gorgeous window box! Highly recommend!

I recently had my mother's wedding dress from 1955 restored by Pinstripes. This dress I wore in 1982 and my sister wore in 1989. The dress had been preserved poorly and there were color distortions and sugar stains that were quite brown. The dress was restored to absolutely perfect condition by Pinstripes. My daughter will now be able to wear this dress next year for her wedding. Pinstripes assured me ,and with confidence, that they would take care of the precious dress. They returned it to me in the time frame they had originally quoted me. Their communication was fabulous. Their pricing too was very reasonable. I absolutely would recommend Pinstripes Wedding Dress Preservation for anyone needing this service. I will definitely return after the wedding to ensure proper preservation.

I had my wedding dress preserved here in somewhat of a hurry before we moved out of state and they were wonderful. Everything was super efficient, they picked up and dropped off by gown, worked around a crazy winter storm, and packaged it so nicely I felt confident it would move with us just fine. Would absolutely recommend them!

I had the absolute best experience with Pinstripes cleaning my wedding gown. The customer service was fantastic and very professional. The price was fair and competitive with other places I had looked into. They picked up the dress from my house, at a time that was convenient for me, and brought it back to me when they were finished. It was so easy and convenient to not have to take the dress anywhere and worry about getting it home. When I got the dress back I was impressed and shocked at how well it was cleaned, it looks like I haven’t even worn it. We got married on the beach and had our reception outside on a terrace, the bottom half of my dress was black and I thought it was ruined forever. I wish had taken before pictures to show how bad it was but unfortunately I did not. I highly recommend using Pinstripes for your wedding gown cleaning. Top notch service.

I used Pinstripes to clean and preserve my wedding dress. I wore my dress all night and for photos through tall grass and brambles, so it desperately needed a thorough cleaning before being stored away for an indefinite period of time. Pinstripes beautifully restored and preserved my dress in a lovely display box. They were easy to work with, responsive, and came to me for both pickup and dropoff. I would definitely recommend their services!
