Took my husband’s jeans here to be laundered and heavy starch. Jeans were not starched. He took them again still returned not starched and they tried to make he pay for services not rendered.

The sign on the door clearly says that they open at 6:30am. Both times that I've tried to use them, no one has been there. The first time, no one showed up until 6:50am. This morning, I waited until 7am for someone to show, and no one came. I finally had to leave to get to work on time. Suggestion for management: if you're going to advertise opening at a certain time, open at that time! I guess I'll have to find someone else to use.

Took a few pieces to them to be cleaned. Took one picture of the group of my items just to remember what I gave them. Unfortunately, I should have taken pictures of each item front and back. I gave them a beautiful ivory silk shirt that I recently purchased. When I picked up my items, I paid, took the clothes and left. When I got home, a little pre-printed note was left on my ivory silk shirt stating that there were stains they could not remove without ruining the shirt. ud83eudd2f I looked at my shirt closely, and sure enough, there were THREE BROWN STAINS!! I am certain there were no stains in the shirt when I bought it. The shirt had never even been worn! I put a little cleaner on it that I made for my carpet that gets out ANY stain. And the stains came right out. Maybe I need to open my own cleaning business! The note put on the shirt was helpful, but a lil shady, IMO. I would have liked to have been informed of the stains when I picked up my clothes. I will have to remember to take full pics of EACH item if I ever go to the cleaners again. Needless to say, I will not darken their doorway again! ud83dude16ud83dude16ud83dude16
