Nice and friendly staff made my grinder like I wanted. Nice experience I might even go there again. Would recommend to anyone that needs a grinder or wrap for lunch or dinner.

Very nice service, when j asked for a little bit of mayo they actually put a little bit instead if just kinda like putting a heaping line of mayo I was very pleased!!!! Wish they had egg but other than that the guy was nuce!

I just visited your Turners Falls Massachusetts location to pick up a sandwich at 445 this afternoon. This is a particularly small location. There was myself, 6 other customers and two employees. I was the only person wearing a mask along with the two employees. I did not have a safe way to leave the restaurant as no one else had a mask on. When I said I needed to get through to leave, I expressed that the people waiting should consider wearing masks when going into small public places. The man replied “absolutely not” while standing directly in my way making it unsafe for me to exit the restaurant. Can you consider making all customers cover their face when entering your restaurant, as many of your locations don’t allow for significant distance apart therefore not creating a safe take out experience.

The food has gotten much better since christine took over the business and it is alot fresher and the employees are alot friendlier.
