Amazing place! I went to pickup my slacks and the owner doesn’t take debt cards - and I didn’t have the $14.25 in cash. He said I could just mail it in because I had an honest face! Will definitely be back. (Also purchased a raffle ticket for a tricked out bicycle . He is a big rider). I hope I win it!!!
My husband wears a black suit for a part time job so it's not worn often. After taking it in to be dry cleaned it was a couple months before he needed to wear it again. It turned out that he received a black suit coat and navy blue pants. Owner would do nothing about this. Oh well attitude. Check your items before you leave! We will not be using this cleaner again. I will also be spreading the word to others.
The first time I went to Jack's, I took in a garment that has lots of puffs and pleats and a complicated lining- it's technically a short, highly structured, trench coat but I wear it as a dress. It's completely impractical lol. I couldn't even figure out how to iron It myself! It came back pressed better than it was when i bought it, and the counter staff were super nice! I won't go anywhere else now.
An egotistical one-man operation. You can do better. I recommend Swift Cleaners.
