I do not have the washer capacity to launder my king-sized comforters, so I brought a delicate brand-new comforter for them to wash. I appreciated the quick turnaround and the convenient drop-off/pick-up, however after a few months, I realized that a seam had come undone. I decided not to contact them about fixing it because too many weeks had passed and we were currently using the comforter.nnFast-forward to this week: I dropped off an oversized, fluffy queen comforter and the same king comforter from a few months back. I told them that I needed repairs done to fix the seam. Because of this extra service, they gave me an estimated 2-week turnaround.nnImagine my surprise when 5 days later, I received a notification that my comforters were ready for pick-up. I got home and saw that: 1) the repair was not done and 2) they charged me for 2 king comforters. I had to double-check if they actually cleaned the comforters.nnI immediately called to get the charges refunded for the service not provided. They offered to do the repair if I came back with the comforter, which I declined. They then said that the queen and king are THE SAME PRICE, which was $12 more per piece compared to the last time!nnI am obviously done with them. I allowed them to get away with damaging my BRAND NEW comforter and willingly came back for the same poor service. Enough is enough. I have never felt so ROBBED from a business like this.

I have used this location for years. I previously dropped off a shirt for cleaning and delivery. They managed to misdeliver the shirt to another customer's house and then didn't try very hard to get it back, always saying that they couldn't reach the customer. After spending several long phone calls with the store due to their failure, they finally offered to compensate me for the shirt, at a maximum of $100. However the shirt costs more than that to buy a replacement.nnAfter this very bad experience, it's been over a year since I used them again. This week, I had them clean a comforter and asked to have it delivered. Well, it was cleaned but they failed to deliver it. I suppose I should be happy that they didn't lose the article this time, but I won't give them a third opportunity to mess things up. Done with this place!

These people are THIEVES. $8.44 to launder a non iron dress shirt? And conveniently they have the discretion on what is the best “treatment” to provide and won’t tell you until after the bill? They tout quality (it’s the same as any other dry cleaner. Absolute robbery.

Service is fine, no issue with that. I dropped off 10 items: 2 suit jackets, 4 suit pants and 4 long sleeve button downs. I picked it up the following day and it was $86. This is well over double the rate charged by other dry cleaners and does not seem worth it. Price lists are not published online, and they should be. I would have taken my routine work clothes elsewhere had I know the cost upfront would be so exuberant.

Great friendly customer service. I went in to deliver some clothing items to be dry cleaned. I did mention specific ways for them to dry clean the items and on 2/3 of them they were handled correctly. The service team did reach out to remedy this. Outside of that the location is fantastic.
