So I called up there twice, the gentleman that answered the phone was extremely nice and patient. I have a weighted blanket and he ended up not being able to help me directly at this shop, but he took the time to tell me what to do myself. Very nice.
I took several items to this dry cleaners. One brand new blouse shrunk and another was snagged. We took the items back in and the owner said he couldn’t do anything. He acted like there was nothing wrong. Please learn customer service or you will not have a business!!!!

Good stuff
I’ve been using this family run business for 2 years. Always been amazing. I went to pick up a bunch of sheets that my wife dropped off and saw the bill and thought it was way overpriced. I was upset at the price at first and they offered a 20% discount. Then they brought out all of the items. I believe it was 7 sets of sheets duvets pillowcases and some shirts. It was far more than I expected. I apologized for being upset at the price as even at full price it was a very fair price as they’ve always been. They really are the best and are there to make you happy regardless of the situation. Thank you for taking care great care of my clothing and sheets. It’s very appreciated.
