I just dropped off my clothes this morning and will pick up on Wednesday. I am leaving the feedback before pickup because of the phenomenal customer service Roger provided me. He is amazing. He was very patient, counted my items 3 times, gave me a proper discount for the 24 pieces I dropped off, and top of that followed up with me with an SMS that included the receipt with accurate charges and assured me that my VIP customer is in the system. This is what I call a smart small business owner who wants to grow his business by providing a great service with a great attitude. Thank you Roger. You managed to put a smile on my face.

I brought my jackets here because of the great reviews and I was very disappointed. Plus one of my jackets is missing the belt and I've tried calling and calling and no one answers. I've called over 10 times and I haven't gotten a response back and there's no voicemail.

Parkwest Cleaners is Quality! Roger is the GM and he couldn’t be more kind and professional. Although, I needed same day service and due to temporary COVID-19 hours, it was unavailable just like the three cleaners I visited prior to this one. Come to find out, everyone is only cleaning two to three times a week due to the low volume. I would highly recommend PW Cleaners to everyone.

Never going anywhere else! They consistently do a wonderful job on everything I've sent them and they've even addressed things I didn't even think to mention. For example they tightened a button on my jacket and removed some difficult spots from one of my favorite shirts. The new manager, Roger has been doing an amazing job keeping this store great. He also greets me by name - thanks for the personal attention Park West!

They saved my day by removing the stain off an extremely delicate white dress that I had... I didn't think it could be salvaged but it was!nMy dress returned as though it were brand new; no smells, clean and beautifully neat.nThank you! Highly recommend.
