The gentleman who runs this facility needs to work on his business etiquette. I have been going to this cleaners for about 2 years (on the way to work) and I cannot recall him ONCE returning a smile. I generally try to be polite but with him I stopped trying. About a week ago, when we had the ice storm, I was dropping off a shirt. I advised him his car (I know what he drives because I wait for him to open, late, in the morning) was becoming covered in ice and he might want to scrape it before it got worse. He just looked at me like an idiot. Last Friday I stopped at my bank to get cash as he does not accept less than 5 dollar plastic transactions. He couldn't give me change for a 20! I had to get change from the salon next door. Bottom line: poor customer service/ugly attitude. Never going back
Cheaters. Charged double the price advertised and the reason they give is my shirt is small. And apparently they charge extra for kids shirts and they conside small as kids shirts. I din buy my shirts in kids section !!! asked to wash alll clothes instead they decided to dry clean one shirt and charged $.2.49. So they decide what to do to your shirts without your permission and charge accordingly. The guy is always rude and never talks politely. Bad business practice !!
