Moved to a used home and owners had small dogs. David did a great job and was professional and friendly. Also willing to do any follow ups to make sure our satisfaction is complete.
We badly stained old carpet from my mother-in-law's basement. She said it was very old and may be valuable. We found P T X Carpet Cleaners online and contacted the company. Their staff is very knowledgeable and passionate about antique carpet, and said it was about 150 years old. They sent a guy the next day to pick it up, a week later they delivered back the carpet and its looks stunning and brand new! Their staff is very friendly, skilled and responsive!!!

I am a mom of two. One is 6 years old and the other one is 2 years old. I'm an office worker, manager to be exact. One time when I came home, I was shocked because it's a mess. Turns out, my kids been so much active and caused the mess. Everything needs to be cleaned and I have no time. So I called P T X Carpet Cleaners, they fixed the problem so fast, they scheduled me ASAP and their work is very pleasing too. 5 stars to them!
P T X Carpet Cleaners did a fantastic job cleaning our carpets and area rug. And, they could not have been any nicer or more respectful. I thought we would have to get a new area rug because it was in such bad shape and now, it looks like new! I'll never use another company again. Seriously amazing!
