I love Ace neighborhood stores. They are locally owned, usually and carry those quick items that they bigger box stores used to carry but have stopped carrying so much. This store is no exception. They had exactly what I needed and the staff was friendly and quick to help me. They had an impressive selection of grills and smokers too! It kind of surprised me that this store sales beer! Don't think I have ever seen that in a hardware store. Will definitely continue to be a customer.
Love this store. The staff were friendly special the reception Ruhi such a sweet, friendly. Has smile all the time. I went to the store on the weekend she help me to find the product, called another store to hold, tell me how to do online order, and today she help me put the stuff in my car on this cold, windy day. Amazing!!!
I bought 5 gallons of paint online, then the winter storm arrived. They gave me a call telling me that they were closed because of the bad weather and that they would call me if they opened even briefly. They did called me to see if I wanted to go pick it up. They even stayed open later because I wouldn't be able to make it before clousing time. Excellent customer service!
Very clean and welcoming store. The associates knew exactly what I was looking for and asked me relevant questions to make sure everything was perfect. The managers and store owners were out on the floor and assisting customers too, which was a nice touch. I would absolutely recommend to a friend.
The manager Shawn, was amazing as was the entire staff. My friends and I were trying to purchase a Big Green Egg BBQ for a friend for his birthday. We all live in different states and we were struggling to figure out everything we needed to buy. Shawn went above and beyond, emailing me multiple times to help us decide exactly what to buy as well as coordinating payment and pick-up. When my friend got there to pick-up the items, the staff were so kind. They had everything waiting on her and loaded the car for her! I highly recommend this Ace location.
