More than 1/2 of machines out of order. It is this way all the time!

Most of machines don’t work. Extremely hot inside and there’s a local lady hogging all the machines. In addition, there’s a number to text in case something goes wrong with a machine but nobody replies. So I just lost my $2.50 and laundry detergent and softener.

More machines were out-of-order than working. Signs concerning upper and lower machines were confusing and sometimes conflicting.
