Went there cruising from south to north, coming off the freeway on an evening drive... hoping for something easy to eat in the car... NO TORTILLAS. Taco bell... no tortillas... ??? Seriously?

Wheres the meat in the crunch wraps? I can deal with long waits and mistaken order items. But when I bite into a crunch wrap and end up eating a salad with extra bread; that's when I lose hope. Not angry, just disappointed

This is a KFC/Taco Bell combo restaurant. I watched them give the wrong order to a customer, she dug threw the fried chicken box, told the manager she had the wrong order, handed them the sides that were incorrect and they handed them other sides. They finally figured out it was the wrong order, took it from the lady and handed it to someone else! AFTER THE CUSTOMER TOUCHED EVERYTHING! And let him walk out. During all of this we waited 10 mins at the resister to order, it was a total mad house. We left and went somewhere else.

The service here is slow, unreliable, and horrid. First, it's a coin toss to see if the employee at the counter or the drive-thru is rude or nice. Second, after placing your order, regardless of the length of any line, you'll be waiting for almost 30 minutes for your order. Then, eight times out of ten, your order will be wrong (missing items, completely wrong order, etc.).nIf you are eventually able to get your correct order or you put up with what you're given, the food is often cold or in poor quality, making it not worth the price or your time.nAll that, and not to mention that the interior is frequently dirtied and rather disgusting, and the bathrooms are revolting.nnHaving worked in the fast food industry and in customer service, I can understand how pressed and rushed the environment can be and I can pardon any mixups or slowdowns, but I've also been a local in this area for decades, and this location has always had terrible service, even back when it had a Pizza Hut included. Would absolutely not recommend in any circumstance.
