I have been using these cleaners for several years but the last time I was there I encountered a very rude woman who after I asked if I could get my dry cleaned shirts starched she very rudely answered that only laundered shirts get starch. In all the years I have been using this business they always starched my shirts. I don't mind paying extra but they did it without any upcharge. When I came back to pick up my clothes about 3 shirts out of the 6 I brought in were not ironed at all! Sweaters were also hung from the hanger like they were shirts. All other times I had brought in sweaters they were folded and then hung. This is the last time I use this business. There are too many other dry cleaners out there that I'm sure will treat me and my clothes much better than this establishment.

I dropped off one of my husbands jackets, and four pair of pants, none of which were right. The pants were supposed to be heavy starch with a crease. There were no creases! There was a new stain on a brand new pair of pants smh, and a stain on the jacket smh. I want my money back!

What kind of place takes 48 hours to dry clean your clothes? ud83eudd14 makes no sense, wish i read the reviews before leaving my state uniforms here smh.....nnUpdate: got my uniforms ..... just trash, sucks i had to leave the next day.

I took 4 shirts to be cleaned for my husband. Let me preface buy saying I buy all of his shirts from Penner's downtown and he has 40 bowling, Hawaiian and Guyabera shirts, not cheap. He was wearing a shirt every 2 days until he got the last one. He wears 3-4X as he's a large and tall man. It was a 1X shirt. So, right off the bat we're missing 1 shirt. We took back the shirt that didnt belong to him (the tags dont even match his brand) and the manager flat out told my husband that they dont make those kinds of mistakes and that my husband brought that shirt in by mistake. We don't even know anyone that wears old size X guyaberas!!nDon't go here unless you dont mind them losing your clothing and giving you a stranger's clothes instead. Management here is very lacking and downright nonexistent.

Beware and take my advice and avoid this business. I was a loyal and devoted customer for the past 10+ years and actually lived through 3 different ownerships. Never had any issues or voiced any complaints. Recently, I noticed that 4 of my brand new dress shirts were torn in the SAME exact location so I left my phone number with staff for the owner to call me. Presuming that I have been a loyal and devoted customer for a long time and also had numerous casual conversations with the owner, I expected to receive a call from the owner but never did. I finally bumped into the owner while he was tending the store and he simply provided me with a list of endless excuses why he wasn't going to reimburse me for the torn shirts. I do hope you take my advice and take your business elsewhere.
