Everyone from their staff to the owners did an amazing job. I had 2 jobs 1 month apart from each other. They were referred to us by our contractor and they were out the very next day. Their lead technician Ernest was detailed and made sure he took care of everything in the area and cleaned up after the job was done. He answered all our questions and made sure we were satisfied with the work they did.nThen the San Antonio snow storm arrived and busted pipes took a toll on our attic and walls. They came out as soon possible and we had the pleasure of working with Ernest. Their work did not disappoint again. He went above and beyond to make sure the work area was cleaned up, double checked for moisture and was always very polite. If you’re looking for an honest company that will do quality work call Cleaning and Restoration Specialist!
I cannot say enough about this family-run business. CSR helped us with mold remediation in our home. They were professional, friendly, conscientious, honest, did a great job from start to finish. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs their services. We plan to have them back to clean our air ducts. 5-star service!!!
I can’t say enough great things about this family owned local business! They are highly professional, always on time and have the best of equipment and people to take care of every job. Over the past 15 years they have done all kinds of services for us . Smaller jobs like carpet and upholstery cleaning, to a whole house of air ducts . I had a plumbing leak that went undiscovered for some time. Tom came out the same day I called and inspected the water damage. He provided advice on how to proceed with repair while explaining why his drying services were not needed and did so at no charge. I highly recommend CRS and will call again if/when necessary.
