Hector called me ahead of time and also gave me the option to have them come earlier than scheduled if I wanted, which was great! He came in assessed the job I wanted done offered me an add-on for the problem I wanted solved and they got to work! My couch smelled amazing (so did my whole living room actually lol) and they couch looked great! He explained everything from beginning to end and to call them back if anything was to happen that I didn’t like. I love the steam team! Definitely will be using them again in the future !
I had my house carpet cleaned before moving in. I called this company and found them to be very accommodating with my schedule. Josh was on time, very polite, and did an excellent job on my “white” carpet. It looks brand new. I will continue to use this company in the future and I highly recommend them.

Hector did an awesome job today! Very professional and worked extra hard on tough stains. White carpet with 4 kids and 2 dogs with no cleaning for a couple of years now looks absolutely amazing! And their prices are really reasonable!
