Bad experience. My f last time that i go to this place they say one price and when they give you the bill its another price. I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND to nobody. I do not want you to have a bad experience with the personnel that is there. Please go to a five star cleaners they have coupons online.
Dropped off laundry on Saturday June 27 and was told it would be ready by Monday June 29. I came in today, July 1 to pick up, and I was told it isn't ready. There's no reason or answer given and not even a courtesy call to tell me about a delay. I was then Told they don't have a phone so that's why I didn't get a call. What company conducts business without a phone? Stay away at all costs, I could not disapprove of their service any more. I'll be happy if they didn't end up stealing my 20-shirts I dropped off.
Dropped off 3 shirts. Two being new white shirts for a wedding. Both shirts came back bluish. One very blue, one kind of blue. Also contained blue blotchy stains all over them. One of the shirts had brown water stains and covered in black lint. They were both still wrinkled, which was the only flaw they had going in to store. These were each $100 dress shirts. Completely ruined the shirts. That will be my only experience at this cleaners. Total fail!
I get my shirts done weekly , and they have been great. Because of my line of work I have them pressed and heavily starched. My previous cleanse never got it right. I am very happy with their service.
Disappointed. They ruined one of my favorite dresses. It looks like they washed a white dress with a tire. I told them to take special care with the jewels and they end up totally ruining it. They claim they can’t fix it. They have water stains on the other two shirts I had as well. They cannot even clean simple things.
