We had pretty bad water damage just before Christmas. The SERVEPRO Stone Oak team was professional, quick, responsive and empathetic. They made a very scary and frustrating period bearable. While no one wishes for water damage I would call them again if we do experience it! Thank you SERVEPRO team!!!

Daniel, Crystal, and Brian were fantastic and including Sean! Sean contacted me within an hour and arrived right away. Cathy who worked in the office was also wonderful. They exceeded my expectations. They were always prompt, professional and considerate of my situation. I would highly recommend them. They gave me comfort. They are a great team!!

They are very professional, efficient, highly effective communicators, and the classy team I would recommend to anyone when faced with this type of unexpected situation.nnI am a first time homeowner, and less than a year after moving into my brand new home, a fire hydrant exploded on my 2nd floor (it seemed that way). My entire second floor, staircase, first floor & garage were soaked. My insurance agent reached out to Sean on my behalf, and Sean contacted me right away (11:30 PM Saturday night!), and let me know that his team would be in touch with me first thing in the morning.nnSure enough, Krystal called right before 8 am to schedule a time for them to come out to my home. Sean, Krystal, Daniel & Brian arrived at my home promptly at 10:30 am as we had arranged, and they got to work right away. They knew exactly what they were doing - and I am so grateful that they were here to calm my nerves. They were very informative letting me know what I should expect, on top of coordinating with my home insurance, setting up the floor clearing company --- I can't thank them enough for easing this painful process.nnServpro of Stone Oak treated all of my items with care, wrapping up all fragile, and storing them safely, all while making sure that I was as comfortable as possible despite the disastrous state of my home.nnFriends, this is a fantastic team, and when you witness a team like this, you just know that there is great leadership as well as workplace culture.nnKudos to Sean, Krystal, Daniel & Brian. I called them needing their services and they were at my business front door with in the hour. They crew were very professional, courteous and patient in answering all my questions. They explained every step of their process of extracting the water from my fitness center, treating it and dying up my facility. Constant communication. I would highly recommend Servpro.
