Price is right and we have hever had any issues with them. Ive been using them for over 5 years.
First of all it is no longer Frontier. Now called Seville. Quality has gone way down for this place. Had a white collared shirt which was never worn. Came back with a brown stain on collar. They took for a redo came back with the same thing and this time one of the sleeve buttons damaged. The did a redo again and the collar was fixed but another sleeve button on the other side was damaged. Now I have to take to an alterations shop to repair. Still giving 3 stars because they still normally do an adequate job and the price is very reasonable.
First they missed a stain on a suit trouser and I had to leave it to have it cleaned again. Today I returned and was told they lost the trousers and can reimburse up to $40.00 without a receipt showing cost greater than $40.00. I now have suit jacket with no pants and only $40.00 to go towards buying a replacement. Beware!
