Few months ago I came in to Jan Pro and had a interview with the owner in a group owner says I have to wait 14 days because it’s the law to make my final decision about opening a cleaning business with Jan Pro so then after 14 days I decided to make my decision to open a business with Jan Pro i gave the owner the check in the end of March and a week later passed by I have got no response from the owner not even a email of a contract. I decided to call him multiple of times for the past few days even weeks and even emailed him but no answer no email at all by beginning of April the owner finally sent me a contract to sign but I decided not to sign it because if he’s not answering the phone calls or emails. The owner thought i signed the contract but again I did not sign it so I’m the end of April I told him by text saying “I’m not doing business with you because I did not sign the contract you have not responded over the weeks I have called you numerous of times and even email you no response I have wasted a lot time and money just waiting for you!” so then the owner gave me back my money but I will never do business with Jan Pro ever again after this happened!
