Very disappointed overall with my experience. When a Watermain broke and flooded our house, we looked on Google reviews to try and find the best place to take care of the cleanup. Servpro had great reviews so we called them out. The two guys that came out we’re very nice and explained that they were going to get the water up, dry out as best as possible, and disinfect and deep clean. This is what we were told at the start. We were also told at the start of this would be about a $5000 job. On the side of the van it says “like it never happened “, So we were very optimistic at the start. We were out of our house for about a week while the fans were set up, and at the end of the week they packed up the fans, and asked for the remaining balance. The total came out to a little over $5000, which basically was I guess to rent the fans for a week. Which seems very overpriced. They did not deep clean, they did not disinfect, and things didn’t look anywhere near “like it never happened”. There was still a lot of mud that washed in with the water all over the floor, and I was told at the end that the deep cleaning and disinfecting I was explained about in the beginning would cost extra now. I definitely wouldn’t use them again or recommend them to anyone I know.nnUpdate: I’m changing my two star rating to one star. I have called five times now to get an invoice for the work done, so I can try to get reimbursed by the responsible party, and have yet to receive one, or even a phone call to let me know what’s going on.

They are the best! My apartment flooded from a broken water pipe in the apartment above me. I called and they came out, wrapped everything and took it all to dry out and repair if needed. I recommend them to anyone with such issues.

Excellent response....within 45 minutes they were at our home, spending 4 hours the first night removing standing water and securing personal property from damage. During the next week they worked closely with our insurance, packed and moved our personal items for us, dried and dehumidified all affected areas and did so with great care, professionalism, courtesy and compassion for the situation. I enthusiastically recommend them if you find yourself in the unfortunate situation of having a damaging water event.

I had an emergency late at night and they got here as fast as they could! I’m so glad they were very professional and responsive in an emergency! I would definitely recommend this Servpro!
