The White Glove Maid Service

Jazmin did a PHENOMENAL job! I have to admit, before I moved from my apartment it got pretty messy. I was worried they were going to have to charge me more. I was not only shocked when I saw the job she’d done, I was shocked when they didn’t charge me extra. This was well worth the investment and I’ll definitely be using them for regular service in my new house.

I just received the spring cleaning package and honestly it was quite underwhelming. The ladies came in and pretty much didnt clean much they threw all my stuff in drawers and just wiped counters down. they vacuumed terribly and left stuff on the floor. I feel like if I’m paying to get my apartment clean I shouldn’t have to clean up after the cleaners. My tub and toilet still have dirt and grime all in them. I’m quite frustrated with how they did things. The spring cleaning package includes cleaning kitchen appliances and my microwave and toaster were still dirty after they left. I will not be requesting this service ever again

Called twice, left two voicemails...no response. Called Maid Brigade with immediate response and affordable pricing. Wanted to believe the hype based on past reviews...

Great help when you need it. I moved into a new house and they came the same day I called and did anything I wanted them to do, floors wash cabinets window sills, it was a big help and they were very professional and reasonably priced. I highly recommend White Glove maid service! They were real blessing

Overall not the worst experience, but definitely a smaller mom and pop type of shop without as much organization as they need. I initially reached out via email to request recurring services, but instead was scheduled for just a 1 time cleaning. After realizing that email was not the best method of communication, I switched to phone, and we got on the same page(I thought). I was told that there was not a discount to being on a recurring contract, but the value add was that you would be the same person assigned to you every time, which was definitely appreciated! We signed up for biweekly service, and everything was fine for 3-4 cleanings, until they had a no-call no-show (which I understand, stuff happens) resulting in my calling and asking what happened, they seemed surprised that their cleaner had no showed. I said that was fine, that we'd see them at our next scheduled time, and they said thank you. 1 week later (a week early) someone other than our regular cleaning person arrived, and we had to send them away since we were about to leave and didn't have a key for them to lock up. I called again to ask what happened, and honestly would have been happy with pretty much any answer, but it turned out that nobody really knew why someone new was assigned to use without letting us know, nor why they came a week earlier than they were supposed to. If I had felt that Mike had the ability to stay on top of things, I definitely would have continued with their service. It was much more a matter of organization and communication than it was the quality of the cleaning their staff provided.
