Over-all nice place. Everything worked ok. Friendly girl behind the counter. 2 stars because it was unbearably hot inside the building (to the point I was getting sick to my stomach and I work outside) but very nice outside. I called the number on the building; nothing. I stood open the doors with the trashcans. It became tolerable, comfortable even. All the other patrons and desk attendant thanked me. The cleaning attendant however got very upset and closed them. It was 80 degrees outside and well over 90 degrees inside the building and got hot again quickly after they were closed. Poor attitude for sure.

We've gone here a few times in the last several months since moving here. Coming from the DFW area, going to a laundromat can be expensive, but coming here is twice the price with machines constantly not working. Depending on what time you go over the weekend, there is absolutely no one there to help you when machines aren't working properly and it's extremely dirty because there is no one there to upkeep the place. None of the five loaders were working when we went, one of the four loaders didn't take any of the detergent we put in but used all the Downy, so that forced us to to find another washer to rewash our load in a facility where a lot of the washers weren't working, using up more money when it's already expensive to use the machines here. We also dropped our laundry off on two different occasions for it to be done for us. The first time it was done, the girl was super awesome and had it done really quick with the large amount that we had. The second time we dropped it off, we had much less than we did the first time and we had a different lady who didn't get our stuff done in the entire time she was there and left it without telling anyone until after she left. By the time my husband got there to pick up our laundry, it had been there for 10 hours and had just started getting folded by another employee. When we got our laundry home, it did not smell like it had even been washed. It's definitely not worth going here.

I went here today aug 15 2020nUsed the huge like 6 load washer.. Be ware it doesn't wash or put out the soap you put into it out. I havent dried yet but i did hear anothe gentelman complain about how the dryers he was using didnt work

For the most part it is pretty clean! The wash times are pretty quick as well. My only complaints are that one coin machine was broken and the other was out of coins, there are quite a few black bugs crawling around and when you put the coins in the machine, i had to either push the coins in really hard to have the machine take my coins (most of the time) sometimes it wouldn't except some of my coins. Also, the snack machine's bill acceptor wasn't working for one of the machines lol I was hungry.

Not very clean inside the laundry mat and the first time i went the bathroom was out of order. And the dryers do not dry very well
