WOW, What a pleasant surprise! Everyone, from the associate at the register to the manager of the store were fantastic. I'm a regular at this store and the store in Temple. VAST difference between the two facilities. This store is working to earn my business and it shows. Prompt, courteous load-out assistance, processing of orders in a timely manner, quick responses to on-line orders we'd placed prior to going in--ORGANIZED ON A BOARD in a cabinet, easily accessible by the register clerk, (who was very polite and genuinely friendly). In my opinion, this is the best Tractor supply between Jarrell, Killeen and Temple

I tried the dog wash station today, took both my miniature Aussies. I love that they have this, and it could be really great. Great water pressure, comfort grip on the hose unit, several shampoos to choose from but no conditioners. There were shedding brushes and combs, and toenail clippers. BUT...there was a cart for dirty towels but they were all piled up under the unit. The water and soap built up so that my dogs were standing in it, the drains needed to be cleaned. I think what really disappointed me though was that the dryers blow cool air and my dogs were shivering before I could get them dry. I was really looking forward to taking in my sorta dirty dogs and taking home clean, DRY dogs. I really hope they do something about that as I would like to continue using the facility.

Well like many other times they didn't have the horse feed in stock again. I take pride in my horses I won't swap feed around on them. I spend alot of money on my horses and won't shortchange them. I can go back to my regular feed store with no problem if they cant keep feed in stock.

Fast service, friendly staff great place to find just about any farm product you need.
