Just called for an emergency service on a non-working toilet in my master bathroom and I was told they were booked up for three weeks and couldn’t help me. So, are you are 24/7 emergency plumbing service or not? When do you assist customers with emergencies if you are booked for three weeks? I did receive a referral to another company but I was told to look up their phone number myself.
Few people understand the stress of operating a business. Especially a plumbing company. Not only is plumbing alone a very tough job add to it being a secretary , a bookkeeper, and much more. I have owned a plumbing company for 20 years and we kill ourselves to take care of our customers. It's nearly impossible to handle every call while you never stop working. I understand your frustration but give the guy a break. Look at the rest of his reviews. You ought to remove those lousy reviews because in many cases reviews are our livelihood. Duh!
No hate! Just sadly, like all other regional plumbing servicer's either receive an Insufficient Reply [seldom] - OR - NO REPLY. In this day & age at least hire a LIVE voicemail service or a scheduling service or reply with a text message giving potential customer all fee & basic data for basic repairs as a gauge. At Least Spend Some Business Funds on Ensuring Continued Business! Duh! It's your livelihood then tend to it!
Tried to call them to get some work done. They did not answer and I got no response from them after asking for them to contact me.
