I contacted Resolved Plumbing to replace an outside faucet that had frozen. John responded the same day and arrived for the appointment on time. He explained the service that was needed and quoted the expected price. His pricing is very reasonable and his workmanship is very professional. The work area was left clean and neat. I would definitely recommend this company. It was a pleasure doing business with a honest, customer focused business.
The entire experience was a good one. John arrived and assessed the job. The flat rate pricing was accurate and much less expensive than I was planning. I kept a card as I was impressed with work quality and professionalism and will ALWAYS support a veteran owned business.
John was professional, prompt and courteous. Explained everything he was doing. Stay till work completed even required past normal business hours. We will definitely be using him again.
