Carla is the most personable loan officers I have ever met. She goes above and beyond to help if you have a loan or are applying for one. All of the other officers are very nice as well but Carla stood out to me. I highly recommend them if you’re looking for a loan from a loan company.

The 1st Franklin Financial employees in JC are AMAZING! I’ve been doing business with them for the last 5 years and they are all extremely helpful, knowledgeable and super kind!! Carla R. is who normally helps me and she is outstanding! I wouldn’t go anywhere else for a loan! Carla is always courteous, sweet and gets the process completed quickly! She is also very organized and answers all of my questions-I always feel very informed and know what’s going on with my account! I can’t say enough good things about 1st Franklin staff and especially Carla R!

Brian and all the staff at 1st Franklin Financial are absolutely the most caring and helpful people! With this covid-19 going on most company’s want their money regardless. I didn’t even have to ask for any type of help, it was offered. Me and my husband have been doing business with them at least 2 years now (probably longer) and we have always had great experiences with them. They've always been very helpful and willing to help us in any way possible. Carla is usually who we deal with but in the time she wasn't available everyone else shared the same kindness and willingness to help. They are definitely our top place when it comes to borrowing.
