Officer Darel Richards is an amazing and kind hearted individual. We were leaving Lynchburg after a day of shopping around the town square, when somewhere near the high school we developed a flat tire after picking up a bolt on the highway. We pulled into the high school drive a called our emergency service company. We were waiting on them to show up when Officer Richards who was off duty pulled in to assist us. He changed the tire and put on the spare which was low. He suggested us going to Co-op to get the tire replaced or repaired. This outstanding officer followed us to Co-op and had called and told the tire technician, Timmy that we were coming. We couldn't have asked for a more pleasant experience after a disappointing situation!! Moore County Sheriff's Department should be thrilled to this dedicated team member on their force. The Jarrell family of McMinnville, TN will remember your act of kindness. Thank you so much!!
