I had been without power for 18 hours and I have a well pump. Once we regained our power the task of unthawing the pipes were here.nI did everything I could to get the job done not knowing that the pipe would bust. This is country living at it's best.nOnce the pipe busted I knew I needed HELP so Google led me to Brandon Plumbing and Construction. I made the call and left a message. It was late in the afternoon. Mr. Brandon returned my distress call within an hour.nI let him know my problem and how I got to the point of reaching out for help.nHe was to my home with 20 minutes and an hour later he had my issue resolved.nHe was very polite, reasonably priced, cleaned up his work space and NEVER COMPLAINED about the time, the frigid weather or the icy roads to my house.nIf you're in need give him a call, from my experience I'm blasting his name out there for no other reason than.. I'M A VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER AND WILL BE REPEAT IF I NEED HIM!nThank you Randy for EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE..
