I was assisted by Jackie (didn’t get her last name) and she was WONDERFUL!!! I have been in limbo with my application since 11/2020 making several calls to the national SSA office as well as my local office in Memphis, TN. Somehow my call to the Memphis office was answered by her and she was able to assist me in getting my application completed. She was very professional and courteous.
I cannot rave enough about Morristown SS Office. I spoke with a Mrs. Farrel ( not sure of the spelling) she was so helpful. Acted fast and went above anything I expected. A pleasure to deal with and professional in every way!
They are always so rude every time I call. They never give the same answer! They need to hire some new people with respect.
They are nice an sweet people an will help u any way they can u can't meet anyone that is any nicer than the staff
