When I was looking for property in Dickson recently, Ashley Torres at Parker Peery took a great deal of time with us, going above and beyond, showing us several properties, keeping us informed at every step in the process. Before going to Parker Peery, we visited a well-known real estate chain in Dickson that gave us photocopies of manufactured housing listings but made no effort to assist beyond that. I highly recommend Parker Peery for their stellar customer service.

Don't clean carpets before you move in, replace blinds, make sure your bathroom light bulbs match. Won't pressure wash green slime off house or sidewalks, don't take out holes in the wall from previous owners nails, or provide fresh paint. But want a LOT of money to move in, Steer clear!!!!!!!

From meeting her til closing she made the entire process of finding and buying our home smooth and carefree! She was on top of everything, anytime we called her she was there for us. Without a doubt Parker Peery is the finest real estate agency in Dickson and in my opinion all of middle Tennessee. Their professionalism is unmatched and there is no other real estate agency in the county that even comes close to the services that Parker Peery has provided to the community. Everyone here is very friendly and will treat you like family whether you are buying a half a million dollar home or renting an apartment.
