Trails of Dickson Apartments

We've had a hole the size of a softball in the living room ceiling for going on 4 years now and the refuse to fix it. It leaks all the time. 2 smoke alarms are broke and when you call them they tell us they will get it fixed asap, but it never happens. We've been good tenants for 10 plus years now. It angers me very much

I'm not sure why everyone's reviews are bad. Maybe it depends on where you are placed. So we may have just gotten lucky, but personally I've had a great experience. It may take a few days for something to be fixed, but eventually, it gets fixed. But think about how many apartment buildings they have over here. I'm sure they are very busy. So I get it. The ladies in the office are always super sweet. And where we are, it's been very quiet. The neighbors are all so nice, I couldn't tell you how many young men offered to help carry stuff for me when we moved in. Apartments are spacious. SO MUCH STORAGE space! ud83dude4cud83cudffb & Very clean if you take care of it. Everything has been good so far, we have been here since August. So going on 6 months now.

Great place to live been here 6 years management team is wonderful

A great place to stay they make you feel like you’re at home. The two lady’s in the office are the best if you have any problems they’re always one phone call away if they can’t answer your questions same day they’ll make sure you get back with you. The maintenance man are great also. I recommend the trails of Dickson for a place to rent it’s perfect if you ask me .

Friends recently moved in. Right after moving in found roaches everywhere and just recently found bed bugs in the apartment. They have sprayed for roaches but they still come back. Trash everywhere in the woods and on the ground. Needs a good cleanup. Attempting to spray for bed bugs but I'm sure they are In almost every apartment. Blamed the bed bugs on my friends when I know for sure they didn't have them before. I have experienced getting bit and I do not live here. Just visiting.
